Hasbro (who own Wizards of the Coast) sued Atari for their use of the D&D universe in D&D Daggerdale, the upcoming Neverwinter MMO, and some other stuff. Of that was Hasbro regained control of all the D&D licensing rights, and Atari would be allowed to license out the D&D copyrights for its games. However, this settlement nullified existing distribution agreements with Atari, which have to now be taken up with Hasbro. I think now that the legal dust has settled, all the distributors will get agreements with Hasbro up and running soon.
